SMS and Mobile Information Addendum

Effective August 16, 2026

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

For clarity, the general service-provider disclosures in this Privacy Policy do not authorize the sharing, sale, rental, or transfer of mobile opt-in information or SMS consent for another company’s marketing. SMS consent provided to Revel Media does not authorize a different business or sender to send marketing text messages.
